Each driver of the vehicle is obliged to handle the vehicle with due care, to check the condition of the engine and, in case of a longer rental period, to check the condition of the coolant, oil condition and tire pressure.

The driver must be 23 years old and hold a valid driving licence for 3 years.

If incorrect fuel is supplied to the rented vehicle, the rentee will pay the amount of the repair. Fines for misdemeanours are to be paid by the rentee.

The minimum rental period is 1 day.

The rental car may not be used for purposes other than those for which it was rented:
for the paid transport of persons or objects, for towing or towing other vehicles, for the transport of heavy objects above the loading limit, for the transport of flammable pollutants or odorous substances or materials, for actions that violate applicable customs regulations, traffic regulations or other statutory provisions, for car racing, for rental to third parties.

The client or authorized driver shall be liable for any consequences resulting from the violation.

Due to insurance regulations, the rented vehicle may not leave the island.

The insurance will only cover damages in case of contractually agreed use of the rented vehicle.

In the following cases, for example, the insurance company refuses to settle damages:
Driving the rented vehicle by the driver or authorized driver under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicants or substances which impair the ability to drive.

Damage to or destruction of the vehicle, or parts thereof, by the client's authorized driver or passengers. Driving the rental car by a person not listed in the rental agreement.

The settlement of damages to tires or subsurface if these were caused by negligent or grossly negligent actions, e.g. driving on unpaved roads.

In the event of an accident, the client must stay with the vehicle at the scene of the accident, call the police and inform the rental company.

Without a police accident report, the rentee is responsible for the amount of the repair. Liability insurance: The rentee is insured with a coverage of € 1,000,000 for property damage.
